My first rave/first time taking LSD

I went to Kat Brezler's house to get ready. She proceeded to put glitter on my face and put my hair in pigtails and make sure I was armed with some candy bracelets. We drove there with Kate MacIntosh, Quinn's older sister. I was excited because Ive never been to a rave before, and though I have been to many many concerts I still didn't know what to expect. The first hour or so I walked around with Kat introducing myself to people as "Rex". I saw people dancing but had no idea how to dance to techno [music I don't listen to] because I have only skanked and moshed in my past. Kat leaves me wandering and comes back to find me and ask if I want to buy a tab of LSD. I am all for it and I give her $5 to buy it. She comes back with a tab and puts it on my tongue. About a half hour later I remember feeling the friendliest I had ever. People were all super nice to me and offered to put on many light shows for my first trip. I have never been so amused by blinking lights in my life. I spend hours trying to dance like everyone else but don't really care if I am because I am fucked up as hell. Early in the morning we leave the rave and drive back home to Kat's house where I try to fall asleep but am content watching the ceiling move until I come down.
